Special event insurance is liability protection for organizations, individuals, groups, bands, friends, clubs, religious entities, and companies that host activities that are not included in their General Liability Policy, and are required at or by the facility, auditorium, park, city or state authorities. These programs provide liability coverage, liquor, and legal defense for claims of negligence brought on to the party holding the Event. |

Our carrier's Special Events insurance program covers events held
anywhere in the United States and Canada for events lasting as little as
1 day, to 30, 60 or 90 days. In order to qualify,
your event must not involve mechanical amusement devices, aircrafts,
stunts, pyrotechnics and hazardous activities. Our carrier's
Special Events insurance coverage program also excludes car races,
precision driving events, and live rap/hip-hop or live metal concerts.
Events that need private armed security guards are also not accepted. We
do however have a special program available at a higher price that would
cover the above restrictions.
